Holly-Wood Guest House B&B Tariff

warm welcome awaits all our guest at Holly-Wood Guest
House, on arrival they will receive their own key to
the front door so they can come and go as they please
to enjoy the magnificent Lake District on our door step.
So that all our guests have a pleasant and relaxing
stay we ask that guests are not too late returning to
the House and that they are quiet when coming in and
out.
Sorry
we do not take children under the age of 10 years old,
and adult rates will be charged from 16 year onwards.
We
do not accept any pets.
Holly-Wood
is entirely non smoking, if smoking does occur in the
House the parties will be asked to leave immediately
and the full charge of the stay will be levied.
All
weekend stays are for a minimum of 2 nights, Bank and
Public Holidays are a minimum of 3 night bookings; please
ring us for further details.
The
rates below include a Full English or Vegetarian breakfast
cooked freshly each morning using local Cumbrian produce;
please see the breakfast page for further information
and a sample menu.

The
above rates are per person per night for normal occupancy.
Children (10 to 16 Years) sharing the flexible room
with two adults will be charged at £15.00 per
night, the flexible room is only available for double
occupancy if agreed direct with Holly-Wood Guest House.
Deposit
A
25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the
booking this can be by Credit Card or a Sterling Cheque
made payable to Holly-wood Guest House, the remaining
balance will be required on the morning of departure.
Cancellation
Policy
In
the event that the booking is cancelled with seven
full days notice, then no further payment will be
required, however if cancellation takes place less
than seven full days from the commencement of the
booking then the full cost of the booking will be
charged, as will no shows.
