Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking this can be by Credit Card or a Sterling Cheque made payable to Holly-wood Guest House, the remaining balance will be required on the morning of departure.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to fourteen full days notice, then no further payment will be required, however if cancellation takes place less than fourteen full days from the commencement of the booking then the full cost of the booking will be charged.  Full cancellation policy applies in all cases and in full to all no shows, bookings changed within the 14 day prior before commencement will be charged no less than the original booking but will be charged any increased amounts.
