Our Tariffs
A warm welcome awaits all our guest at Holly-Wood Guest House, on arrival they will receive their own key to the front door so they can come and go as they please to enjoy the magnificent Lake District. So that all our guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay we ask that guests are quiet when coming in and out.
Sorry we do not take children or pets
Holly-Wood is entirely non smoking, if smoking does occur in the House the parties will be asked to leave immediately and the full charge of the stay will be levied.
All stays are for a minimum of 2 nights, Bank and Public Holidays are a minimum of 3 night bookings; please ring us for further details.
The rates below include a Full English or Vegetarian breakfast cooked freshly each morning using local Cumbrian produce; please see the breakfast page for further information and a sample menu.

The above rates are per person per night for normal occupancy.
Deposit & Payment A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and will be taken at the time of booking, this can be made by Credit or Debit Card, the final balance is required in full on arrival.
Cancellation Policy In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to fourteen full days notice, then no further payment will be required, however if cancellation takes place less than fourteen full days from the commencement of the booking then the full cost of the booking will be charged. Full cancellation policy applies in all cases and in full to all no shows, bookings changed within the 14 day prior before commencement will be charged no less than the original booking but will be charged any increased amounts.
Rooms are available from 4pm to 8.00pm please ring 24 hours in advance of arrival to let us know what time you will be checking in between these times, we do not accept arrivals after 10.00pm. A later arrivals charge of £50.00 will be made for all arrivals between 9.00pm and 10.00pm. We ask you to vacate your room by 10.30am on day of departure.
